Company executives are not saying how many sales staff have
been retrenched in the latest restructure which comes as big brand appliance
manufacturers Samsung, LG and Panasonic move to expand their premium appliance
ranges in Australia.

The Company who are spending millions on their own demonstration
centres recently launched several new premium priced laundry products, they
have also moved to directly sell detergents and laundry fragrant.

Insiders who have contacted ChannelNews claim that all State based sales staff have been axed. 

ChannelNews understands that Miele is keen to preserve
margins in their products, they also believe that Miele staff are the best
people to sell their premium priced products.

Miele PR consultants claim that the Melbourne based Company
is today holding meetings to inform staff of the Companies restructure, they
are also set to hire additional showroom presenters.
