Bush who has a
reputation for using well-known sound brands to dress up cheap bottom end
products claim that they were not aware of the JBL product when they sold the
device into JB Hi Fi.

Brian Rodgers the CEO of Bush said “I don’t follow what JBL
are doing”

He added “The Hong Kong Fair was awash with similar products”
he added.

The Bush Blaupunkt range is a classic example, on sale at
Harvey Norman and JB Hi Fi stores the Blaupunkt branded product have nothing to
do with the German Company that made the brand famous when it comes to the
manufacture of the Blaupunkt sound gear.

Rogers said that Australia is set to see less of the
Blaupunkt brand due to the decline in demand for mass produced made in China
budget TV’s.

Even the name Bush goes back to a past era when Bush made
premium TV’s and radio’s.

Now the brand name is in the hands of an overseas Company
who is using it to distribute cheap sound and entertainment products in
Australia.
