Bang & Olufsen is releasing new versions of its Beosound 1 and Beosound 2 speakers with Google Assistant.

Initially released in 2016, the Beosound 1 and 2 have a distinct cylindrical design and already support wireless streaming options such as Chromecast, AirPlay 2, and Spotify Connect.

The portable Beosound 1 features a built-in rechargeable battery, while the Beosound 2 is heavier and requires a plug-in.

The speakers, which will be available in Australia in September, are tipped to retail at about  US$1,750 and US$2,250 for the Beosound 1 and Beosound 2 respectively.
