Apple has filed documents for what appears to be several new models for its iPad tablet lineup.

Documents filed with the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECC) spotted by Indian tech research site MySmartPrice point towards five new tablet models that will ship with the new iPadOS.

The filings are required for any encrypted devices being sold in some European countries, most notably Russia.

The new iPad models (designated A2068, A2198, A2230, A2197, and A2228) are believed to include a thinner-bezeled 10.2-inch and 10.5-inch non-Pro model.

Apple released long-awaited updates to its Pad Air and iPad Mini models earlier this year, and updated the iPad Pro lineup last year.

It’s unlikely any of the new models will be the rumoured foldable iPad with support for 5G networks, which is not expected until next year, if it exists at all.
