Telstra customers will be able to sign up to use the services of Dubber, an ASX-listed provider of cloud-based call recording services under an agreement between the two organisations.

Dubber CEO Steve McGovern said the agreement would give Telstra business customers of all sizes organisation-wide call recording, data capture, analytics and AI. The deal covers customers of three Telstra services:

Telstra Liberate, a fixed-mobile convergence offering from Telstra that integrates unified communications and collaboration and Telstra’s mobile service.

Telstra IP Telephony, a cloud collaboration service for medium and large enterprises that supports IP voice, video conferencing, mobility, presence, collaboration and unified messaging.

Telstra SIP Connect, a service that allows customers to use legacy telephone systems over an IP infrastructure.

The Telstra agreement follows Dubber making its service accessible via Cisco Webex in November 2019 (Dubber software runs in Cisco subsidiary BroadSoft’s BroadCloud).
