Apple made at least US$100 million off Fortnite commissions during the two-and-a-half year period the game was available on the App Store.

Apple executive Michael Schmid made this revelation during the ongoing Epic v Apple trial, with suggestions that Apple may have may over $200 million deemed “inappropriate” by Schmid.

Given Apple made $22 billion in App Store commission in 2020 alone, the $200 million figure, over two-and-a-half years, seems like a reasonable estimate.

Tim Cook is set to testify Friday morning (Pacific Daylight Time), so we should see the results of this tomorrow morning.
