Google has officially confirmed it will reveal its newest suite of Pixel devices on October 5th (AU time) or October 4th (US time), by releasing its first teaser video for the forthcoming event and a link to a new teaser website.

Watch the video below:

The video is titled “Funny you should ask…”, and features a number of questions around what users would desire for their phone. Aspects such as; longer batter life, a better camera, software updates, better performance and storage options and artificial intelligence are mentioned. Given the nature of the teaser video, it’s assumed Google intends to address these queries with the newest Pixel phones.

The video crescendos with a link to a new teaser website, inviting Aussies users to hold their breath until October 5th (Australian time). American consumers are set to receive full details on October 4th.
