German supermarket giant, ALDI, has unveiled a suite of DIY home improvement products for its June 29 ‘Special Buys’ sale, including a 5W Solar Floodlight with Sensor ($39.99) and Solar LED Wall and Step Light ($12.99).

The news comes as ALDI continues to take on the likes of Bunnings, Big W and Kmart in the discount home DIY market.

The products will join a standard 20W Security Light with Sensor ($49.99) and 10W Portable LED Worklight ($29.99).

Other featured products include Steel Cap Work Boots ($34.99), a Gassless Inverter MIG Welder 100amp ($199) and Workzone Titanium Bulldog 210cc 4-stroke Petrol High Pressure Washer ($399).
