Retailer Billabong has reportedly dumped its e-commerce platform provider NetSuite, following what are said to be “technical implementation issues”.

It has terminated an agreement signed in 2015 with NetSuite for its SuiteCommerce cloud-based set of ecommerce and retail point-of-sale tools, according to an IT News report.

Billabong had expected the global rollout to be complete in mid-2016. But in February it said launch of the new systems had been delayed due to the implementation issues. Now it seems they’re off altogether.

The company has said it will book an $11.7 million impairment charge in its FY17 results.
