Electronics distributor is issuing a recall for one of its brands, 3SIXT after its Quick Charge Wall Charger could have an internal fuse failure that could cause electrical shock or injury if product is connected to power supply.

Consumers are urged to stop using the wall charger and contact Cellnet or return the product to original place or purchase for a replacement.

The model is 3S-0639 – A white charger with a standard Type ‘I’ (2-pin) ANZ AC Power plug, single USB port, 3SIXT logo and Quick Charge logo (icon) printed on casing.

Other identifying features include its electrical approval number of SAA-161133-EA; its SKU is 10147558 and N-Tick Number is N5418.

This device was sold between July 2016 and February 2018 as a single product or as a part of a Samsung Galaxy S8/8 Plus bundle.
