Zalin will join the Sinclair family business in December, coinciding with a period of significant investment and pre-growth.

Mr Zalin is said to bring significant experience in marketing and buying, with tenure both locally and abroad.

e&s Managing Director, Rob Sinclair, asserts its a “very important time” for the business, with the opening of its ninth store scheduled to open in Preston in December.

It follows the implementation of a new operating system, plus new 2,000sqm Head Office adjoining its distribution centre in November this year.

In his capacity as Executive Director, Greg Lake will continue to “guide growth” and “implement new business opportunities” for e&s.

Mr Lake is credited with overseeing a period of notable growth for e&s – from 3 to 9 stores, and from 30 to 270 staff.
