Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has unveiled a cheaper version of its blockchain friendly smartphone in a bid to entice people hesitant about buying cryptocurrencies and high-end phones like Apple and Samsung.
The Exodus 1s is a smaller take on the Exodus 1, which HTC released last year and initially cost 0.15 bitcoins, valued over US$1,189 at current prices.
This new device costs US$244, or the equivalent in cryptocurrency with the handset packed with cryptocurrency-related features that will let users exchange, lend and borrow digital assets.
