Local e-commerce giant, Kogan.com, has once again topped the NSW Fair Trading Complaints Register, followed by furniture and electrical behemoth Harvey Norman.

For the month of October, Kogan.com received 36 complaints, whilst Harvey Norman 33.

Online ticket marketplace, Viagogo, came in third place with 29 complaints.

Technology re-sellers continue to be the most complained organisations in NSW, taking four out five top spots.

Fellow tech retailers, JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys came in seventh (20) and ninth (15) place. The majority of complaints against JB Hi-Fi concerned laptops.

iPhone manufacturer, Apple, fell in fourth place with 28 complaints, followed by Samsung Electronics with 26.

Pay TV provider, Foxtel, notched nineteenth place, accruing 10 complaints during the month. It coincides with the launch of its new 4K Channel 444, and iQ4 set top box.
