Online retailer Kogan is currently selling the long awaited Google Home Max, the first re-seller in Australia to do so.

The smart speaker was added to Google’s offering late last year to US markets with the large speaker finally heading down to Australian shores.

The Google Home Max is the biggest speaker in the family above the Home and the Home Mini. It is installed with Google Assistant, two 4.5-inch high-excursion woofers and Google says it is 20 times louder than Google Home.

A new feature to the Home family is Smart Sound where the speakers in the device can detect how close it is to the wall in the room and will give you optimal sound depending on that location.

Grab them in either charcoal or chalk here for $579.
