LG has debuted its next-generation massage chair with voice-control smarts, leveraging a boom in home improvement sales during COVID19 lockdown measures.

The voice-controlled massage chair caters to the modern smart home, and capitalising upon rising home health care product demand during the pandemic.

The new LG HealingMe massage chair (MG60G) allows users to set massage courses and strength settings via their voice.

The intelligent chair also automatically detects a users’ shoulder width and leg length to optimise the most comfortable massage position.

The product builds on its predecessor with thigh and neck massage settings, and offers a total of ten massage courses.

A Bluetooth speaker offers enhanced entertainment, with a heated seat option increasing relaxation.

The product will go on sale in South Korea for US$3,750, with local pricing and availability to be announced.
