Netgear has unveiled a new high-end router that looks more like a stealth bomber than a piece of Internet hardware.

Called the Nighthawk AX 12, the router supports Wi-Fi 6, a brand-new Wi-Fi standard capable of delivering much more data at once.

Tri-band routers have become popular due to mesh networks, which involve placing a number of routers around your home to get a stronger signal.

A third band is often used as a dedicated communications channel between the routers, so the information isn’t delayed.
