Hong-Kong based gaming brand, Razer, debuted its first gaming smartphone last year, and now recent reports reveal that the company could be launch a new model in September – alongside a revolutionary laptop attachment, ‘Project Linda’, unveiled at CES 2018.

The leaked information claims to come from an “internal source”, however, does remain largely unconfirmed. Should a September launch be on the cards, its likely the Razer Phone 2 will unveil at IFA 2018.

Leaked rumours speculate that a laptop docking attachment – which transforms the phone into a gaming laptop – may launch alongside the phone Razer phone.

Recent reports state that Razer executives are making a decision as to whether they will go forward with Project Linda in the next few days.

A couple of days ago, Min-Liangn Razer CEO affirmed on Twitter that there was a real possibility that Project Linda would go to market.

Razer reportedly partnered with Sentio for the project – a company that specialises in converting Android phones into laptops.
