In a move that Australian companies should be mirroring, both Samsung and LG have indicated that they will be providing employees with paid leave to get vaccinated for COVID-19.

Samsung employees will be given one day paid leave to get the vaccination, with an addition two paid days if the employee shows any side effects after the shot.

LG Group employees will grant a blanket two days paid leave, regardless of side effects.
