Key to the new device is a
new1024x600-resolution display which will be powered by an ARM Mali-400 graphics
card and a 1.6GHz processor.

Leaked Toshiba specs
Called the AT 7A the new device will come
with Android 4.2.2 according to a leaked specs document located by Notebook
Italia.
Powered by either a dual or quad-core
processor the new device could complement the 10-inch Excite tablets which use
the Tegra 3 and Tegra 4 processors. The Excite Write model has pen support and
a built inĀ a Wacom digitizer, as well as
a 2560×1600-resolution display which has attracted the attention of
professional photographers.
